Q. This is my first time using your service, may I contact you to see how my pet is doing while I am away?
A. Of course! We understand that you may be nervous leaving your home and precious pet with a service that you have never used before. Feel free to call and see how everything is going. Once you have used our service once, you will be much more at ease the next time you travel.

Q. My pet would love for someone to stay with her a night, can this be arranged?
A. Yes, although more limited in availability, we do provide overnight care.

Q. My pet will be traveling with me, can you check on my house?
A. Yes! We will be happy to retrieve papers, bring in the mail, water plants, rotate lights, as well as open blinds & curtains.

Q. Are dog walks held in groups?
A. We agree, group dog walking can be fun and engaging! However, ‘Grouping’ is standard within our hiking program only.
Our dog walking service is based on establishing a strong bond and lavishing your pet with individual attention. Generally speaking, only dogs of the same household are walked together. Under special circumstances, groups can be formed if arrangements are agreed upon & permitted by ALL parties involved (our walker, your pets and you as the pet’s owner).

Q. How long is each service?
A. Dog walks are 20- 25 minutes in length. Pet sitting services are a minimum of 30 minutes in length.

Q. Is there a minimum number of dog walks I can request as a client?
A. To establish a consistent and long lasting bond between your dog and our walker, we ask that you please commit to a minimum of three walks per week.

Q. Will my pet receive individualized care?
A. Absolutely! We love one-on-one interaction with your pets & pride ourselves on the “boredom busting” interaction your pet will receive during our visit.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. Currently we are able to accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Checks and of course cash.

Q. May I tip my pet sitter?
A. Of course! While you are not obligated to tip your pet sitter, gratuities are always welcome. If you choose to tip, please indicate the additional amount on your payment. Or you may send a separate note and check to:
